Goal: Build foundation ā master consistency, movement quality, and nutrition habits. Focus Areas: Learn your bodyās needs (macros, hydration, recovery). Establish daily non-negotiables (movement, meals, mindset). Identify limiting habits & commit to releasing them. Month 2: RISE & FLOURISH Theme: Step into your power and embrace your strength. Goal: Push limits ā sculpt, tone, and enhance glutes + core while strengthening your mindset. Focus Areas: Progressively overload workouts (heavier weights or higher reps). Refine nutrition ā eat for performance and recovery. Develop daily affirmations & track visible progress.
