This program is for you if you need a reset. It includes 7 days of mindful movement, 3 workouts, Mobility movements to do on active rest days,as well as plant based snacks and small meals I recommend! No time? No problem. This workout program features a week’s worth of workouts, all less than 20 minutes long. Squeeze them in during your lunch break and do them almost anywhere. No Equipment needed. These exercises can be modified to your fitness level if you would like to add resistance!
