In this 60-Day challenge, you will learn how to: -Calculate the calories you need to consume based on your activity level And fitness goals! -Track your calories in a fun way! -Learn about macronutrients and how they affect optimal performance -mindfully Nourish your Body -Meal Plan and Prep - All while incorporating mindful movement with Full Body Workouts explicitly designed for YOU! You will be reminded to move daily and nourish your body. Hold yourself accountable by posting a snippet of your workout to IG or the app for your movement check-in and completing the daily fitness journal prompt. You will also have access to a beautiful community with the same goals and intentions in mind! The Movement meets Nutrition curriculum within this challenge will guide you every step of the way, all you have to do is show up for yourself and FLOURISH!
