🌸 BRICK BY BRICK EXPERIENCE Event Policies & Participant Guidelines Floruit Fitness LLC To ensure a safe, empowering, and high-quality experience for every participant, please review the following event policies carefully before attending the Brick by Brick Experience. 🧱 REGISTRATION POLICY All participants must: Complete registration prior to attending Submit payment in full Complete the required waiver and health acknowledgment form. Spots are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration is not confirmed until payment has been received. 💳 PAYMENT POLICY All class purchases are non-transferable and must be used by the registered participant only. Accepted payment methods may include: Credit/debit card Electronic payment platforms Approved online payment systems No cash payments will be accepted unless otherwise specified. 🚫 REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY Due to limited class capacity and event preparation, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued for: Missed classes Late arrivals Schedule conflicts Change of mind If a participant is unable to attend, a one-time class transfer or future class credit may be offered at the discretion of Floruit Fitness LLC if notice is provided at least 24 hours before the event. No-shows forfeit their reservation. ⏰ ARRIVAL POLICY Participants are encouraged to arrive 10–15 minutes early. Late arrivals may: Miss important instructions/warm-up Be denied entry if class has already started for safety reasons Doors may close promptly at the start of class to preserve the experience and flow. 👟 ATTIRE & EQUIPMENT POLICY Participants should wear: Comfortable athletic clothing Supportive athletic shoes Appropriate workout attire allowing safe movement Please bring: Water bottle Sweat towel (optional) Yoga mat (if instructed) Equipment used during class must be handled responsibly and returned after use. 🌸 BEGINNER-FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT Brick by Brick is designed to be welcoming and beginner-friendly. Participants are encouraged to: Move at their own pace Take breaks when needed Honor their body’s limitations Communicate injuries or concerns with staff Modifications may be provided when appropriate. 🚑 HEALTH & SAFETY POLICY By participating, attendees acknowledge that physical activity involves inherent risks. Participants should not attend if they: Feel ill Have a fever or contagious symptoms Are under the influence
