Are you ready to level up in your fitness journey? In this 30 Day challenge you will learn how to: -Calculate the calories you need to consume based on your activity level And fitness goals! -Track your calories in a fun way! -Learn about macronutrients and how they effect optimal performance -mindfully Nourish your Body -Meal Plan and Prep - All while incorporating mindful movement with Full Body Workouts designed specifically for YOU! You will be reminded to move daily and Nourish your body. Hold yourself accountable by posting a snippet of your workout to IG or the app for your movement check-in! And of course you will have access to a beautiful community with the same goals and intentions in mind! The information has been provided you just have to show up daily! This is a curriculum curated with your fitness needs in mind, and will help you transition the steps and daily habits into a healthy lifestyle. And once we get through week one, we will do daily check-ins to hold ourselves accountable.
